Every week is a good week when there's a baptism! :) Sally and Mark's
baptism was so spiritual and great. When they both were baptized I could tell
they both were so prepared and ready to make the promises they did with God. The
Archuleta family did such an -amazing- job fellowshipping them. David even sang
a special musical number for the baptism, "If the Savior Stood Beside Me". It
really added a lot to the baptismal service and made it pretty
unforgettable.
We now have no one working towards a specific baptism date though so we're
back to the streets. Finding 100%. My favorite. ha.
So not much to add until we find more people.

thought: foundations
logic trains come in two fashions: simplifying and building. In a sense you
can picture a healthy, well-constructed brain like a building, with a foundation
that holds everything else in place. If our brains are built any other way,
they're built on a "sandy foundation" that will eventually lead to our
fall.
In this very logical sense we must have a solid foundation in our minds on
Jesus Christ. That testimony forms the foundation of every thought that we have
- in other words, every thought that we have should build upon that foundation.
So if we ever have trouble tracing a thought back to the foundation of Christ,
we need to rethink and recalibrate.
